The meanings of Jihad r striving/struggling/endeavouring. So it may Imply to ANY sort of striving/struggling/endeavouring on the constructive side NOT the destructive one. GOD SAYS:· Permission (to fight) is given 2 those upon whom war is made because They r oppressed, & most surely Allah is well able to assist them (22: 39) Holy Quran seems 2 permit us fighting 2 defend the religion & the Muslims, 4 the self defence & even 4 the protection of family & the property etc.GOD SAYS: And fight in the way of Allah with those who fight with u and do not exceed the limits, surely Allah does not love those who exceed the LIMITS. And kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from whence they drove u out, and persecution is severer than slaughter and do not fight with them at the Sacred Mosque until they fight with you in it, but if they do fight you, then slay them; such is the recompense of the unbelievers. But if they desist, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (2: 190-192)

Girl, im not a Muslim, but i get the feeling that they interpret the Quran wrong! They just wanna fight for Allah, in the name of Allah, and if they defend Allah, they believe they are right, because Allah will approve their action.































Every religion is good, its just the people who miss intrepret them !!

You started of with the word 'Jihad' and ended up teaching us about not a single verse that contained the word 'Jihad' in fact all the verses you quoted are using the word 'Qital' instead of 'Jhad'. You are, however, a 100% while giving the meaning of the word 'Jihad'. Please read the following verses and you'll understand Insha Allah the meaning of 'Jihad' from Allah. Read 25:52 Chapter:Verse) where Allah is telling you the biggest 'Jihad' is with commandments of Allah and note the word 'Bi-hi' where 'Bi' means 'with' and 'Hi' means 'this' meaning Al-Quran where ever this word appeared in the Quran. Also read 29:69 and notice with 'Jihad' our striving in His path (according to His Deen=Judgment contained in Al-Quran) Allah will guide us to His path through Al-Quran. Not by killing but by educating of how to live peacefully with others which is Islam Peace. There is no mention of Qital in the term of killing in the Quran it is the character assassination that Allah speaks about rather than killing a human being. Have Allah authorized killing you may not have found the follower ship of Islam like you find these days. Read 30:58.
